All you need to do is submit clips of you doing your sport and a 5 second close up clip of your face. We are open to all submissions so if you only have one of these, that's ok!

Footage - The Sport

Riding, preparation, crashing, succeeding, trying, celebrating. We accept all forms of content that captures the end to end journey of you enjoying your sport. If in doubt, send it all.

Footage - You

Our community is about you, the Women who ride. We ask that each submission includes a close up recording of your face, in landscape. You can choose to smile, laugh or show any natural facial expression. You must be positioned in the centre of the shot with either a plan, or blurred out background.

Minimum duration: 5 seconds.

RULES & TERMS

Any footage shared, may be used for She Flies social channels to promote our movies in the future. By submitting your entries, you automatically agree to this and to sign up to the She Flies mailing list.

• Shoot Steady | Hand held selfies cannot be used.

• Landscape | We cannot accept portrait.

• Make it Light | Avoid shooting indoors, shoot outdoors for a better light.

• Keep the Quality | Mobile Phone footage is ok, but do not transfer the file over applications (e.g. WhatsApp) as it reduces quality. Share the original to WeTransfer.

• Send it all | We have a team of professionals who will combine our submissions from Women all over the world to make it awesome. Send it all!

• Be awesome | This is your chance to show off and a perfect excuse to rope in your friend, neighbour, dog to hold the camera as you go enjoy - no matter your level!
